PB&J Meditation Bites ♥

Who wants an easy peasy no fuss recipe? 🙋🏾‍♀️ Me, always! So here’s a no bake pb&j bites recipe that I concocted back in February for a quick Valentine’s Day treat. I added strawberries in the hopes that it would somehow magically turn pink but alas, that didn’t happen. But whatever color they are, THESE ARE AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dates (softened in warm water for 10 mins)
  • 3/4 cup of oats
  • 2 packets of @crazyrichardspb
  • 1/2 tbsp of @moodbeli meditation powder
  • 1/2-1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 bar of @squareorganics crisp protein bars ( I used the toasted coconut YUM!)

Directions:

  • pulse all ingredients in a food processor until it’s smooth and clump into a ball
  • use your hands and form mixture into balls
  • crumble the @squareorganics bar in a bowl and roll each ball into the crumbles
  • put in the freezer or fridge for at least 30 mins
  • ENJOY! and try to eat just one at a time 😝
